“Rarely do I get a really good service person. We have many vehicles and I deal with mechanics a lot too. They usually don't take much time to look into why a car is doing something. They fix what is broke and move on. So, when I go in and get a service rep. and a service tech. that are this good, I need to tell you. This kind of service deserves some extra attention. They were PERFECTION @ the service dept. I don't know how else to put it. I was treated with such respect as soon as my service rep. approached me that I was a little stunned. He was downright nice. Then, when my service tech actually came out and asked me questions and didn't treat me like I had marbles for a brain, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. That duo deserves an extra pat on the back. I hope that I never get anyone but them. Let the others learn from them. I talk a lot but I'm utterly speechless at how great my service trip was. Our truck is great and they made my day. So please, let them know that customers really do notice that they do and did go the extra mile to make our experience a "Perfect" one.
