The way I was treated overall almost makes me wish I'd chosen to lease, just so I could come back in 2 years to go through it again. None of the typical games or BS, just the right amount of attention, and especially noteworthy is the dedication (kept the lights on late 2 nights to make this happen for me and never once tried to rush things). “Completely Satisfied does not nearly describe my experiences at Steve Moore Chevrolet. You should incorporate an Absolutely Thrilled option to choose from. Not only did Dennis Poletti (with Kevin Campbell’s assistance) ensure that EVERY one of my need were met (which was no easy task to say the least), he helped me select a vehicle I was thrilled with. The entire process took three weeks, because I just could not make up my mind, and kept changing my mind about what I wanted. Dennis never faltered. He had so much patience, and always made time to listen to what I was saying. He let ME decide – which is not something you find in the typical dealership, as most salespeople will try to talk a customer into something else. Not only will I refer everyone I know to Steve Moore, and Dennis specifically, but I will never shop anywhere else, or consider another vehicle other than what they sell. In this economy, GM should be proud they have someone like Dennis Poletti in their [business].”

“I came in with engine starting troubles that could not be replicated at the time I dropped off my truck. As is always the case, Kenny had the knowledge and experience to not just start replacing different things but suggested a few things that he would have the tech’s investigate and even suggested leaving the truck to try and replicate the issue… Absolutely! The tech’s were able to identify the issue and repair it. I had picked the truck up and parked out front while shopping for anew car. When I attempted to leave at 6:30 or so, the truck would not start. My initial reaction was one of frustration but I was able to locate Scott (service manager) and he immediately quelled any frustration I had by locating a tech to look at my truck. While the tech was looking at my truck, Scott arranged to have a loaner vehicle and another gentleman said he would have my truck repaired and delivered to me the next day. Amazing customer service! The tech was able to make a quick fix and I was ready to go. The great teamwork by everyone involved made an otherwise annoying experience a great one! I received a call the next day from Kenny apologizing for the issue but I told him that no apology was needed as the team there took care of everything… Kenny updated me a number of times throughout the day and my truck was ready when he said it would be… There is a reason I keep coming back to Steve Moore. The professionalism, honesty, and utmost respect in making sure my truck is serviced completely and accurately are above reproach.”
