Your hard work and determination resulted in a smooth transaction of customer service for me purchasing an automobile from Steve Moore Chevrolet. Upon my arrival last Aug-Sep 2009 from Afghanistan I went to three car dealers personally meeting and greeting my intent to purchase an automobile. The same questions were asked to the three dealers, my exchange of contact information, request of model vehicle, etc. It was surprising that the only auto salesman who gave me what I wanted was Mr. Vince Jefferson of Steve Moore Chevrolet. It was very shocking going to the [other] dealerships and getting brushed off to the extent that maybe I wasn't able to afford the vehicle that I requested. Going to [those other dealerships] made me feel like the salesman was doing me a favor rather then a service. This was not the case of dealing with Mr. Jefferson, all phone calls, emails and questions were answered in a timely manner. My every request of informaiton was provided immediately without any delay. I would recommend any buyer to Mr. Vince Jefferson for top-notch service and great customer satisfaction.

In late March, my wife and I purchased a dark red metallic '92 LT1 Corvette convertible from your dealership. I spotted the car on Auto Trader.com and contacted Wil Pridgen, the listed Sales Associate. Based on his description and the Internet photos, my wife and I motored to your dealership to view the car. It was as described, what we were looking for and we bought it the next day. Wil Pridgen made this a smooth, pleasant experience for us. He and other staff members were at all times courteous and responsive to our requests.

On Saturday, August 23, we received a call from Wil informing us that the previous owner of the car had dropped off the original window sticker and sales brochure and that he would send them to us. A few days later both items arrived in the mail. Mr. Moore, I write to commend you and your associates for this follow through on a sale that occurred months ago. Plus, I especially wish to express my gratitude for the honesty and integrity displayed by Mr. Pridgen and the others at your dealership who assisted us.

Just had to let you know personally what an overall pleasant experience working with your salesman, Bruce and his manager Yoseph. They were truly the epitome of excellent customer service, common sense and direct concern for the reputation of the dealership.

When we all found out, very painfully, after driving my new 2009 Cobalt LT to Florida without Onstar at any time being able to give me my turn by turn directions, (one of the primary reasons for me purchasing the car.) My wife purchased a new 2009 Chevy Impala 2LT and we both loved it so much that I decided to trade my 2001 Toyota Camry in and let the American automakers get a heads up for a change. When after all your staff and 9 technical advisors at Onstar could not figure out why they couldn't send turn by turn, I finally found out by a technical manager that my car did not have ABS brakes. (Something about not having the speed sensors in the ABS system to be able to download turn by turn). After confirming this information, Yoseph went immediately to my aid and secured a car in SC that had all the features I required and we were able to make a very smooth transition to another Cobalt LT with ABS brakes......I can't emphasize the quality, customer concern and overall interest in my case your manager, Yoseph and salesman Bruce have given to me and I have already highly recommended your dealership to my friends at _________. I thank God, patience lasted long enough to realize what a fantastic dealership you are and a total asset to our community. By the way, your finance manager Brian was also outstanding. The first time, after purchasing over 75 cars so far, that I can truly say that it was an absolute wonderful experience purchasing our cars from your dealership. You can tell that you only employ quality people who have a passion for the business. This proves to us and the community that it is your leadership, Mr. Moore that makes the difference and coupled with your unbeatable staff, you are going to excel in these trying economic times. I already have shared my experience, some of which have told me about the excellence in your dealership and have also purchased many cars from you. Dear Mr. Moore,

I wanted you to know how pleased I am with the service Scott Howell provided me when my 2005 Suburban’s transmission started acting up while I was on vacation at Ocean Isle Beach. I first went to the closest Chevrolet dealership, Ocean City Chevrolet in Shallotte NC. To my dismay they told me my Suburban which only had 40,000 miles a new transmission was needed. I then had the privilege of speaking with Scott. He immediately told me to call GM and he did as well. I had a case study issued and Scott informed his GM representative of what was going on. I had already decided Ocean City would not work on my vehicle due to their unhelpfulness and they’re continued comments of “I know you’re on vacation”. I had arranged to have my truck hauled back to Charlotte. Scott told me if I could get my vehicle to him he would take care of things. He had already arranged with GM to have the cost of replacing or repairing the transmission covered by GM. My truck was delivered to Scott and he was able to have it repaired within 2 business days. To top things off I had a charge for hauling my vehicle to Charlotte and he explained the unfortunate situation again to his GM representative and they paid for the hauling charge. Scott kept me as a customer of your dealership and GM. He really helped me out in a bad situation and I greatly appreciate his service and responsiveness. Dan Cutler also was great help to me. Both of them dealt with my numerous phone calls and apprehensiveness about going to another dealership after how Ocean City tried to take advantage of me. They are a great asset in your service department and I wanted you to know what a wonderful job they are doing and how they kept me as your customer.

Thank you for being such a class act!

Our recent Purchase of a Malibu was a Good experience. Vince led us to our decision in a very professional, yet “low key” manner. Warren led us through the financial Paperwork with ease. He even played “preservation hall” Dixieland Music (My favorite) on his Satellite Radio. Dan took great care of us last week for our first oil change without charge. What a surprise! Jerry, in the parts department, got us the estimate we needed for side door moldings in quick order ... We also appreciated Paolo sharing his gregarious self with us. We have been with Arnold Palmer the past 13 years (leased Catera/Olds Alero) and we thought the change of dealerships would be difficult. It was not. Even Arnold Palmer does not schedule appointments for service. But, I do miss their “Free” Capucinno Machine- Oh well, you can’t win them all.

This is my seventh new car purchase, and by far the most enjoyable purchasing experience. Although my 1996 Monte Carlo will always hold a special place in my driving history, my Cobalt is very impressive as I have 2400 miles with an average speed of 50 mph and mpgs of 36.9, 41.4, 40.9 on the first four fill ups. This has also allowed a range of 525 miles per tank. Thanks GM for another fine product; Steve Moore will see me again when I’m new car shopping.

I would like to let you know that your staff at Steve Moore Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC have stood behind your motto of good customer service. I recently purchased a used Ford Freestyle with Ray Fourney's assistance. Some time after purchase, the throttle body went bad. My local Ford dealership was unable to help me find a replacement part due to a back order issue with Ford. Joe Delibovi was kind enough to search all over the US to locate a part for my car. I find it interesting that a Chevrolet Dealership could find a Ford part, when a Ford dealership could not. Anyhow, Joe arranged for my vehicle to be fixed and provided me with a loaner car. As he stated, the car was fixed, and Scott Howell drove my car to Hickory (1hr away) to exchange for the loaner. Excellent customer service! Congratulations to a dealership that follows through on their promises.
